The Market: AU's Food Pantry
This year, Family Weekend is proud to support The Market: AU’s Food Pantry. At AU, we believe that students should never go hungry or skip meals because they can’t afford enough to eat. To assist students who are facing food insecurity, AU's Market Food Pantry provides free groceries and limited personal-care items to all students in need.
The Market will host a canned food drive as part of Family Weekend on Friday, September 27, 2024 from 11:00am – 3:00pm in the lobby of the Mary Graydon Student Center. Additionally, you may donate canned goods and shelf-stable items through The Market’s Amazon Wishlist. Consider this wonderful opportunity-- and make a difference!

President's Listening Session Recording
| |
AU parents and families joined President Jon Alger for a listening session earlier this month. Throughout the semester, President Alger is engaging in an active listening tour to learn more about the AU community by asking questions and soliciting feedback as he develops his vision for the university’s future.Â
President Alger gave brief remarks and parents and families shared their thoughts about what makes AU special and unique, and how we can build a stronger, better AU.
