Master Association Board Election Begins Later This Week

The Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association Board election begins later this week. Residents and businesses with an email address in our accounting system will receive an email from kcr@ivotehoa.com on Wednesday with voting instructions. Those without an email in the system will receive a postcard later this week. A few quick reminders about the election:
  • There is one ballot per household or business. If you own multiple properties or are a business, you will only vote once, but your vote will be weighted.
  • The election will be done online, but paper ballots will be available at the Ranch House for those residents who do not wish to vote online. We suggest calling 303-979-1876 to make an appointment to vote with a paper ballot You will need a photo ID to vote with a paper ballot.
  • There are two open positions for the Board, so you will vote for two of the four candidates.
  • Candidate profiles can be viewed online.
  • The election will close online Tuesday, March 6 at 5 p.m., and results will be posted at www.ken-carylranch.org later that night.

Valley Entrance Sign

Installation of the new Ken-Caryl Valley entrance sign is scheduled to begin this week, weather permitting. A vehicle collision destroyed the previous sign at the end of October. The driver's insurance is paying for the new sign. Thank you for your patience during this process.

Return Your Proxy for a Chance to Win a Free Month of Dues

Proxies serve to establish quorum (simple majority) at the Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association Annual Meeting on March 6. The proxy does not grant your voting privileges to anyone. By returning your proxy, you grant the President of the KCRMA to register you as PRESENT BY PROXY for the single purpose of establishing quorum to hold the Annual Meeting and all adjournments thereof. Click on the link below to download a proxy. Simply return the proxy to be entered into a drawing for one free month of dues.

Kindness Crew

Do you need some support during a life transition, illness/surgery, new baby? A ride? Help with a household task? The Ken-Caryl Kindness Crew is a group of neighborhood volunteers who strive to increase a sense of community on Ken-Caryl Ranch by leaning on each other. It’s “neighbors helping neighbors,” and our role is to provide help with various needs (e.g. delivering meals, light yard work, support for new parents, grocery shopping, rides to local appointments, etc.). To request help for yourself or to refer a neighbor, fill out this Online Form. To join the group's volunteer base, please email kckindnesscrew@gmail.com.
