This Friday's COVID Coffee Chat Explores Consumer Experiences in Isolation and Quarantine
Friday, May 29 | 12-1 p.m. CT
Isolation and quarantine programs are emerging to help people experiencing homelessness recover from COVID-19 or reduce their risk of contracting the virus, and administrators are working to establish best practices in informing clients about a potential move, determining how to provide support during quarantine, and evaluating how to discharge individuals.
It is critical that we ask the consumers directly impacted by these decisions what their needs are and work together to develop processes and structures that respectfully meet these needs. Join our next COVID Coffee Chat to hear from two individuals in isolation and quarantine units about their experiences—and discuss how programs can elicit feedback from their isolation and quarantine units to improve the experience.
