ICYMI: Prestigious Postgraduate Fellowships to Asia Webinar
This webinar provided an overview of three prestigious postgraduate fellowships to China: The Schwarzman Scholars Program, the Yenching Academy of Peking University Fellowships, and Princeton in Asia Fellowships.

All three programs are open to both U.S. citizens and international students.
  • The Schwarzman Scholars Program gives the world’s best and brightest students the opportunity to develop their leadership skills through a one-year, fully-funded, master’s degree in Global Affairs (taught in English) at Tsinghua University in Beijing – one of China’s most prestigious universities. Drawing on the best traditions of Tsinghua and top academic institutions around the world, the curriculum bridges the academic and professional worlds to educate students about leadership and about China's expanding role in the world. Students choose a concentration in public policy, economics and business, and international studies.
  • The Yenching Academy of Peking University aims to build bridges between China and the rest of the world through an interdisciplinary, master's program in China Studies. Yenching Academy provides full fellowships to its scholars, and offers them a wide array of interdisciplinary courses on China within broadly defined fields of the humanities and social sciences. Working closely with their academic mentors, Yenching Scholars create their own study paths by choosing courses from six research areas.
  • Princeton in Asia (PIA) sponsors over 150 fellowships and internships in 22 countries and regions and is the oldest and largest organization of its kind, unique in its scope, size, century-long expertise and emphasis on service. The essence of PiA is to provide transformative, service-oriented experiences for bright, talented graduates and to serve the needs of Asia as determined by our host institutions and Asian partners. PiA arranges fellowships and internships with Asian host organizations that contribute to important global issues at the local level: education, public health, environmental sustainability, access to information/media, economic development and social justice.
