Two Suburban West REALTOR members, Kit Anstey and Dominic Cardone, were inducted into NAR's REALTOR Political Action Committee Hall of Fame during NAR's Legislative Meetings in Washington D.C. last week. Kit and Dominic were honored for making lifetime investments of more than $25,000 to RPAC. Kit Anstey has been a REALTOR since 1988 and currently sits on Suburban West's Board of Directors. “Promoting the election of pro-REALTOR candidates is so important. I’m happy and proud to be a continued investor to RPAC and excited on my induction into the NAR’s RPAC Hall of Fame." Anstey said. "RPAC enables REALTORS to support candidates who support the issues that are important to our profession and the real estate community.”
Dominic Cardone is a past PAR president and also a member of SWRA. “I invest in RPAC, but I also encourage others to invest as well because I believe real estate is part of the American fabric, culture and economy,” he said. “RPAC supports our legislative efforts to protect commercial real estate and homeownership. Good things happen when people own homes – children stay in school longer, crime rates go down and people are more active in their communities.”
