Ranch House Parking Lot Flow

To facilitate traffic flow and alleviate safety concerns, directional arrows and signs have been added to the Ranch House parking lot. When you come down the driveway, you will no longer be able to turn left or right at the first entrance (which is now exit only) into the parking lot. We now ask that you come down the center lane and turn left or right when the driveway ends just before the Ranch House.

Design for New Community Entrance Signs

The Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association and Metropolitan District Boards are moving forward on a project to replace the main entrance signs around Ken-Caryl. Some initial sign design concepts were presented to residents in April and feedback was gathered and reviewed. Based on the feedback, a new Sign Design has been developed. The Boards are in the process of deciding on materials for the new signs, and then the bidding process for sign construction will begin. To submit feedback, please contact Chris Pacetti at chrisp@kcranch.org.

Street Light Removal

There are several street lights along Chatfield Ave., Simms and Ken Caryl Ave. that are no longer necessary due to the improvements made along Chatfield Ave. and the ambient light from nearby properties. The electricity and repair costs for these particular lights (shown to the right) are paid for through your Master Association dues. The Master Association Board has authorized a phased approach to removing some of the lights. None of Jefferson County's street lights will be affected. If you have questions or concerns, please contact Chris Pacetti at chrisp@kcranch.org or 303-979-1876, ext. 116.

Heirloom Park Public Hearing

Residents are invited to attend a second public hearing on Wednesday, July 23 at 7 p.m. at the Ranch House regarding the concept plan for Heirloom Park, located at 1 Mountain Oak in the Valley. It was briefly announced on the marquees that the meeting would be July 16, but the correct date is July 23. Input from the first public hearing is being taken into account for the updated concept plan. We hope to have a link to the updated concept plan in next week's e-News. We encourage residents to attend and provide feedback on the proposed concept for the park. Feedback can also be submitted electronically to Chris Pacetti at chrisp@kcranch.org.
