These RVR neighborhood stars brought the sunshine and smiles with their adorable lemonade stand in front of the Ranch House! With pitchers full of lemonade (plus a few brownies on the side), they served up the perfect taste of summer. We love seeing this kind of fun and creativity in the community!

A Friendly Reminder About Fire Safety & Respect for Private Property |
As summer heats up in the Roaring Fork Valley, it's a good time to remember how dry conditions and fire risk go hand in hand in our region. Even small flames, whether for gathering, cooking, or fun, can quickly become dangerous in the wrong setting.
|
| |
|
Recently, a campfire was reported on private property above RVR on Holgate Mesa. The property owner has since taken steps to discourage future trespassing.
This is a helpful reminder that fire safety is everyone’s responsibility and so is respecting property boundaries. Please talk with your children and family members about staying safe, staying off private land, and understanding the serious risk that even a small fire can pose.
Garfield County is now under stage 2 fire restrictions. This applies to all of Garfield County. RVRMA covenants, section 3.11, also prohibits exterior fires within the Common Interest Community (exterior gas units are allowable).
Thank you for doing your part to help keep RVR safe, peaceful, and fire-aware this season.

We’ve had some feedback that some gym users are not picking up after themselves. Please do your part so that everyone can enjoy the Ranch House gym:
|
- Put away equipment when you’re done using it: please re-rack weights.
-
Wipe down equipment after use.
- Share equipment: use only one piece of equipment at a time and allow others to use equipment in between your sets.
- Throw away trash.
