At the YMCA, we love seeing our members staying active, connecting with others and building healthy habits through group exercise classes. To make sure as many people as possible can participate in these popular sessions, we're introducing a new Group Exercise Reservation Policy designed to keep spots open for those who are ready to use them. Starting November 1, members who have three (3) "no shows" or who fail to cancel a reservation at least one hour before class will be unable to reserve group exercise classes for a period of 14 days.

The YMCA of Metro Denver is grateful to receive a grant for $15,000 from Sprouts Healthy Communities Foundation. With this support, we'll be able to bring nutrition enrichment to YMCA Power Scholars Academy. Together, we're sowing the seeds for a healthier future for our kids and connecting generations to a healthier, more fulfilling way to live.

Step into the shoes of Colorado's leaders at the Youth in Government Conference November 23 – 26. This immersive, student-led program gives middle and high school students a chance to experience the democratic process first-hand.

At the YMCA, we believe everyone should have a chance to participate in our programs. The Y offers financial assistance through the generosity of our donors — from swim lessons to youth sports to memberships, as well as member discounts. We also partner with organizations and accept the MySpark card for youth programs; Universal Preschool Program and the Denver Preschool Program for preschool; and the Colorado Childcare Assistance Program benefits can be applied to before/afterschool and summer camp offerings.
