Judging by the snow this week, I think Punxsutawney Phil got this one right. With six more weeks of winter ahead, I’m dreaming of a vacation with palm trees, sandy beaches and tropical treats. I’ve set my sights on a top travel destination for families — one that’s both adventurous and affordable.
