Ingredients
8 oz fettuccine noodles (brown rice, quinoa noodles, zucchini noodles, etc)
3 tablespoons vegan butter
1/2 c chopped onion, green onions or white
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Toppings: Avocado, Cilantro, Green Onion, Sriracha etc
Instructions
Boil the noodles according to directions until al dente, drain.
Meanwhile in a saucepan over medium-high heat melt the butter.
Add the onions and garlic and stir for a few minutes until fragrant.
Add the sugar and stir vigorously until it is completely dissolved.
Add soy sauce and mix in thoroughly.
Toss the noodles with the sauce, plate and garnish as desired.
