4-H Educator Update
Hello Dunn County 4-H'ers and Families!
It was wonderful to see many of you at the Dunn County Fair last week! I really enjoyed seeing the non-animal projects in the exhibit hall as well as watching the youth show their animals. Congratulations to everyone who put in hard work this year on their projects.
As we look at the August newsletter, we are getting ready for our next 4-H year. Each year 4-H members and volunteers must re-enroll in 4-H online. Re-enrollment will start on September 4th this year. I will send out reminders as we get closer to the re-enrollment date.
Another opportunity that I have highlighted in this newsletter is the 4-H Record Books. Completing a record book is a 4-H tradition. They are not required by the county, but we strongly encourage youth to complete them. They become a great resource for youth to look back on, and offer the opportunity to build lifelong skills. Please reach out if you have any questions about the record book process.
In this newsletter you will also find information on:
- 4-H Night at the Races
- Family Kickball game
- Arts Camp
As always, please reach out if you have any questions about the programing.
