Indoor and Outdoor Mandate for Masks
In accordance with the statewide mask mandates, all people age 5 and older are required to wear a mask inside University of Portland buildings and crowded outdoor spaces on campus, including athletic events, regardless of vaccination status.
Face coverings are not required in private office space, private laboratories, and dorm rooms. Please read the full face-covering policy for more details. Until further notice, the University will continue to follow the latest county, state, and federal guidelines, recommendations, or requirements for face coverings.

Engaging in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Programs During COVID

One-Stop Shots
The HCC is once again partnering with Legacy Health and the School of Nursing to offer a free flu and COVID-19 vaccine clinic for students on Wednesday, November 17, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the quite side of the Commons. You can preregister here, which will speed up the check-in process.
What ARe you Thankful For?
Thanksgiving is around the corner, and it's looking a lot less Zoom-y than last year—just one more reason to give thanks. After the many trials of 2020, we actually have a lot to be thankful for this year, from the big stuff (vaccines!) to the small (no TP shortage!). We want to know what are you grateful for this year. Email us at pilotsprevent@up.edu and we’ll share your comments in an upcoming Helping Pilots Prevent newsletter. When we share stories of gratitude with each other, it helps us realize all the many ways we are blessed.
