Do something good for yourself.
Self-care shouldn’t be a one-and-done thing. Do it regularly. Make it part of your normal routine. Caring for your body, mind and spirit can help you cope with stress. It can also lift your sense of well-being. Make sure to:

  • Enjoy a hobby – Use your natural talents and curiosities in ways that make you happy.
  • Connect with others – Have fun and strengthen bonds with family and friends.
  • Get timely medical care – Follow your doctor’s advice for your care and check-up schedule to live well longer.
