Dear Partner in Ministry,
For over 246 years, faithful people of all ages and stages of life have gathered in this congregation "to glorify God and enjoy God forever," as the Westminster Shorter Catechism instructs us. We do this through worship and song, prayer and study, mission and fellowship — across every season of life and against the backdrop of a changing world. No matter what we face, as individuals, a nation, or a world, this remains the chief purpose of our lives.

This purpose shapes our identity, our worship, and how we spend our time, energy, and talents. It is our compass and our calling — even on our hardest days. On this anniversary of 9/11, we remember God's faithfulness from generation to generation — how ordinary people found extraordinary strength and courage, and how the sorrows of days past have become stories of God's providence today. Even, and especially, in trials, all glory and honor belong to God.

Trusting in that same faithfulness, we step into a new program year this Sunday, and we invite you to return with renewed energy, hope, and joy. Come, because there is always a place for you here. Come, because God is worthy of glory and praise. Come, because God calls us to glorify and enjoy him together, as the Church. Come, because we cannot wait to see you!

With gratitude,

Meghan and Jessica
