Find a Clinic Map - Check it out here!
Be sure to check out our 'Find a Clinic Map'. All of our member clinics information (location, hours, website, etc.) are are mapped on an interactive map, allowing page visitors to search for clinics by services provided. This will be updated yearly using your annual survey information, but if you have any additional updates before the next survey send them over to us and we'll make sure your information is up to date!
Member Portal Update
All CHN resources, documents, applications, deadlines, and meeting information have been moved into your member portals. We are moving portal access one login per clinic instead of creating multiple users for each clinic (excluding board and committee members who will have their own log in information). Look out for an email later this week with your clinic's new portal access information!

CHN Member Spotlight:

Vineyard Free Health Clinics
Vineyard Free Health Clinics, located in Westerville, provides free medical care to uninsured and underinsured patients in Franklin, Delaware, and Licking counties.

Licensed volunteers, including physicians, nurses, and pharmacists provided over 902 hours of care last year. All of Vineyard’s services are free, including most prescription medications, glasses, and health screenings. The clinic offers a variety of services including:
physical exams, episodic care, dental extractions, restorative dental care, chiropractic care, and prescription assistance.

In 2019, Vineyard began tracking where patients would have gone if they had been seen at their clinic. Over 28% of patients would have gone to an emergency room, 45% had no idea where they would go, and 12% could not have sought treatment. This data proves what many free clinics know from conversations with patients: most would be forced to choose between an emergency room or to forgo receiving medical care if a free clinic was not an option.
