Wine & Food Affair

Thank you to everyone that responded with your thoughts on participating in Wine & Food Affair. We plan to have the sign-up information online for you, via CellarPass in about three weeks. Sign-up will take place (online) Aug. 9-18. When you sign-up you will need to list the food you will be serving...so be thinking about that now.

Yearly Member Assessments

Annual assessments were sent out via Square invoices on July 1st. A reminder will be going out via Square in a few days.

If you prefer to send a check - it should be sent to:

Payments are due August 1st.

$900 per year for wineries / $500 per year for lodgings

Let me know if you need to break your payment into two installments - Aug. 1 and Oct. 1. I will send you an updated invoice.

Wine & Weed Symposium

August 5th, 8:45 - 4:45

The symposium will be largely focused on exploring the collaborative & educational opportunities that exist between the wine & cannabis industries. The day will finish with a 90-minute networking social with wine and light food. The organizer is looking for 8 cases of wine, mixed red and white, to feature at the event. For every case, they will provide a full pass for the day ($295 value) along with listing the donating winery as one of their sponsors. They expecting a sold-out event. February 25-26
Early bird pricing is $375. Wine Road will reimburse $100 when the event happens.

We hope to have 20 wineries head down, so we can set up banners for "Destination Wine Road" and really showcase our AVAs. We hope to also offer a seminar for trade on Friday morning - details pending.

So far 7 wineries have signed up that I am aware of, we hope to have 20 of you on board. This is a great audience.
