The idea of revealing human capital data in annual reports is not new and the reports won’t change overnight; however there is now an unmistakeable trend towards enhanced reporting.
Organizations have always had to change the skills of their workforce. The big difference today, however, is how rapidly this needs to happen and how much change needs to occur.
