Our records indicate that you are missing one or more of the pre-entrance health requirements. Completing these are required to continue your enrollment as a student at Tufts. Because you have one or more items past due, you currently have a hold that will prevent you from enrolling for next term.
You can resolve your hold today by logging into the Health Service Patient Portal to upload your requirements or schedule an appointment for required vaccines if needed. On the portal, you can also send a message to Immunization Reviewer to initiate a conversation if you have questions about what is needed to get into compliance.
