We’re excited to offer our 15-week Invitation to Change (ITC) support group in a virtual format to make it accessible to more families and loved ones. This group is open to anyone who serves as a support system for someone struggling with substance use.

To better accommodate participants, all sessions in our Trauma-Informed Care in Faith Communities series will now take place from 6:30 – 8:30 PM.

📅 New Training Schedule (6:30 – 8:30 PM at Oasis Church, Raytown):

✔ Adverse Church Experiences: February 27: Understanding the impact of harmful religious experiences and how to foster healing, safety, and inclusivity in faith communities.

✔ Caregiver Well-Being: March 13: Practical strategies for faith leaders and caregivers to maintain emotional, mental, and spiritual health while supporting others.

This training equips peer professionals with essential skills to support individuals and families through pregnancy, delivery, and early parenting while in recovery. Participants will learn how to strengthen parent-child relationships, create person-centered recovery plans, and coordinate with community resources.
