Dear Hornet,

Can you believe the Fall 2023 semester is finally here? Welcome back to campus! The first several weeks of the semester are an amazing time for you to make new connections, build community and focus on your overall wellbeing.

You are invited to participate in Sacramento State's Weeks of Welcome, Hornet WOW. Hornet WOW is a jam-packed six weeks of events and activities to provide you with an epic start to what is sure to be a thrilling semester!

Tuesday, August 22

SO&L Fall Leadership Conference (All Day, University Union)

Engage with your peers through a series of activies and workshops facilitated by the Sac State community.

Thursday, August 24

End of Summer Concert feat. Tribe Divine (1-2 p.m., University Union Serna Plaza)

Join UNIQUE Programs for an end of summer concert featuring reggae rock and funk fusion by Tribe Divine. There will also be FREE popcorn and frozen treats while supplies last!

Friday, August 25

Hornet Nest Fest (6-8 p.m., Housing Quad)

Did you RSVP for the kick-off event of the semester? The highly-anticipated event is finally here! Join President Wood and many others in indulging in FREE food, games and music.

Hornet Day at the Lake
