How are We Doing? Take a Quick Survey!
Minnesota Housing launched the Multifamily Customer Portal (Portal) two years ago to facilitate the application and post-selection process for customers seeking financing for affordable rental housing. As we plan for the year ahead, we want to know what’s working well and what we can improve. 

Please take a few minutes to complete a short, anonymous survey by Friday, December 20.

Your response will help us improve the user experience, identify new feature requests, and update training resources.

Coming Soon: The Portal Will Have a New Look and Features
Salesforce, the application we use to host the Portal, is phasing out the current interface we use and moving to a more modern look and feel. As we roll out the updates in 2020, we will use your survey feedback to help inform design choices!

Watch for more details in the coming months, including new feature highlights and training resources.
