Two To View – A Couple Of Amazing Videos You Don't Want To Miss Hartelco Late Policy Change Starting March 1, 2019 For those of you who pay prior to the 15th of the month, please consider this a thank you for your patronage! All Hartelco statements are mailed out 2 days before the 1st of each month so that you latereceive your statement by the 1st of the month. Our scheduled due date is the 15th of the same month. With our new policy, if you have not paid your monthly statement by the end of the business day on the 24th, you will be subject to a late fee of $20. On the 25th Hartelco will send out SMS/text notices that say you have a 5 calendar day window to make your payment in order to prevent being disconnected. If payment has not been received by the 1st, your services will be disconnected. Our staff will not be making follow-up calls on disconnect notices. While we will try our hardest to accommodate the needs of our customers, customers will not be allowed to carry a balance past 30 days past due. Special payment arrangements can only be made with the General Manager. If a customer is disconnected, a $20 reconnection fee will be required before each service is restored. Please take note that we do offer the option for ACH bank withdrawal. You have the option to have your balance deducted from your bank account on the 5th or the 15th of the month. You will receive a onetime $5 credit which will be applied to your next bill. Contact our office if you are interested in signing up for this convenient option to pay your bill. Your bill can be paid with a credit card in person or at hartel.net with a small service charge. You can also receive a $10.00 credit on your next bill if you sign up for paperless bill delivery. Call our office and we'd be happy to assist you in the process.
Put Your Heart Into February Activities The heart takes center stage in February for two reasons. First, Valentine's Day is February 14, which reminds us to let those we love know they have a special place in our heart. Second, February is American Heart Month, which reminds us to take care of our heart health and encourage friends and family to do the same. Hartelco wishes you a happy and healthy month!
