Dr. Kyrah Brown, Dr. Tiara Pratt, Brandi Greene (UTA Public Health student), and Jaquetta Reeves, have created a collaborative team and developed a reproductive well-being project in an effort to be a part of a “shared learning collaborative sexual reproductive health program that is offered through “Power To Decide”; Power to Decide. It is based out of Washington D.C., and their mission is to advance sexual and reproductive well-being for all. The work they do creates opportunities for young people to get informed, take control, advocate for themselves, and protect the amazing life opportunities that lie ahead.
The team application was accepted, and they will be working with this collaborative group for the next 2-3 years. In addition, the team will receive $20,000 in funding to support the reproductive well-being project.
