The City of Sugar Land has officially kicked off the review process for the 2024 ICC codes, with plans to update from the currently adopted 2021 editions. NEW CALL ROUTING OPTIONS NOW AVAILABLE
|
Calling about permits just got easier! The City of Sugar Land has introduced new call routing options through the 311 line. Instead of waiting to speak with a 311 representative and then being transferred, you can now select a prompt to connect directly with the Permits Office.
While this may result in slightly longer hold times for permit-related calls, it’s designed to improve overall efficiency and get you where you need to go faster. As always, you can bypass 311 entirely by calling the Permits Office directly at 281-275-2270.

EZTRACK NOW OFFERS TEXT MESSAGE NOTIFICATIONS!
|
Great news for EZTrack users—inspection updates and notifications can now be sent directly to your phone via text message! In addition to email, you can receive real-time updates wherever you are.
Please note that users must acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions for receiving texts each time an inspection is scheduled. This new feature is just another way we’re working to make the process more convenient and efficient for our customers.
