Marmon Acquires Trilogy Communications

Falcon Affiliates Company, Trilogy Communications, was acquired by the Industrial Wire & Cable division of Marmon Holdings, Inc., a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway. Marmon acquired Trilogy to drive its growth in advanced communications networks and access Trilogy's extensive product portfolio and customer set.

Tidewater Fleet Supply Recognized As DOTY

Tidewater Fleet Supply was named Distributor of the Year (DOTY) by Trucks Parts Service Magazine and Fusable through their annual survey and selection process. The Company was recognized at the annual Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week conference in Dallas, TX, in front of an audience of 2,900 attendees from across the trucking aftermarket. This a notable achievement for the Company and the TFS/TNT team, which was a finalist in 2023.
