Continued Improvement
Wow. Thanks to our many customers and dealers around the globe, Matrix just finished up our best year ever! We continue to be the fastest growing commercial fitness brand on the planet. We appreciate the trust and confidence you have placed in Matrix to equip your facilities. While our great sales growth provides resources to continually reinvest in our products, it is not our ultimate objective. Our end goal always will be customer satisfaction. We strive to make every customer a customer for life.
Several years ago we introduced Continuous Improvement (CI) training to our company and each quarter we train more of our staff on CI methods. I recently asked our department heads to send me a list of all the CI projects they completed in 2014, and I was blown away by what they had accomplished. I am confident that you, our customers, have experienced improvements in your experience with Matrix - before and after the sale - because of these efforts. Our commitment to Continuous Improvement has already revealed many opportunities to better serve you, and our list of new projects for 2015 is just as long. When you believe in better, you never stop striving to improve.
2014 was a banner year for the fitness industry and all indications are that 2015 will be even stronger. We have several exciting new products aligned with recent fitness trends to show you at IHRSA and FIBO. We look forward to seeing you there.
