Sell your work at the SMFA Spring 2026 Sidewalk Sale: The semi-annual SMFA Sidewalk Sale hosted by Student Life takes place on Saturday, May 2 at SMFA. SMFA students must register by April 24 in order to be eligible to sell original works at the sale.

Work opportunity: Looking for a computer-savvy, photography-experienced assistant to scan images for retired Fine Art and Fashion Photographer, Philip Porcella. Assistant should be proficient with websites and Epson Scanner V600. $20/hour cash. Newton Center area. Parking on site, 5 minute walk from Green Line MBTA stop. SMFA Student Riso Print Contest: Students are invited to submit proposals to design and produce a limited-edition three‑color Risograph to celebrate SMFA’s 150th anniversary. Selected artists will receive a $500 commission. Deadline: April 24.

TUAG Summer Exhibitions Fellowship: The fellow will work with TUAG staff at SMFA for 10 hours per week at $15/hour for 8 weeks from June through August.
