With $65,000 to go towards our goal, we need you to keep up your fundraising efforts with your friends, family and colleagues to make a donation of any size. Please keep those fundraising emails and social media posts going until we hit our goal!

Whether its $5 or $500, every dollar donated supports your community. The Nashville CARES staff could not meet the needs of people living with HIV/AIDS without your financial contributions and your generous support.

Make sure you are ready for this year's AIDS Walk. Below is all the information you will need for Saturday morning!

Schedule of Events

Friday, September 22nd

11:00 am - 6:00 pm - Packet Pick-up and Early Check In
Pick up your shirt, fundraising prizes and drop off any donations at Rhythm Running, located at 1513 Demonbreun St.

Saturday, September 23rd

8:00 a.m. - Walker and Runner Check In & On Site Registration
8:40 a.m. - Warm up
8:50 a.m. - National Anthem performed by Nashville In Harmony
9:00 a.m. - RACE BEGINS!
10:30 a.m. - Awards Ceremony, Remarks from Joseph Interrante, CEO of Nashville CARES
11:00 a.m. - Participant prize drawing!

Community Expo open from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

VIP Tent open to Gold Crown Club and
fundraisers with over $500 in donations!

PARKING INFO and ROAD CLOSURES

Parking will be available at Public Square Garage which is underneath Public Square Park and is located at 101 James Robertson Pkwy. The parking rate is $10. Additional parking can be found here.

Union Street will be monitored by police for pedestrian crossing and folks should use either the 3rd Avenue or 2nd Avenue crosswalk to cross Union.

Not only will we have prizes for our top fundraisers and race winners, each AIDS Walk participant will be able to enter a prize drawing. We have prizes valued over $3,000 to give away! Make sure you stick around for the awards ceremony and prize drawing. Only those who are present will win!
