2025 Contribution Limits

In 2025, the CalABLE annual contribution limit will increase to $19,000! The ABLE to Work contribution limit will also increase to $15,060.

Remember: The annual contribution limit for 2024 is $18,000 and the ABLE to Work contribution limit is an additional $14,580. Be sure to get your contributions in before the end of the year!

October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM)

New CalABLE Features

Mobile App:

There is now a mobile app for IOS that you can use to access your CalABLE account! Our program manager, Vestwell, has been working hard to make the app a reality.

The Vestwell mobile app is available for use on iPhones and iPads. An Android version will be coming soon.

Recurring Contributions:

CalABLE now has greater flexibility for recurring contributions! You can set up your recurring contributions to be monthly, twice a month, or yearly. You can also set up multiple recurring contributions.

How to claim your $50: visit CalABLE.ca.gov, click open an account, complete the enrollment process, fund the account with $25, and enter the promo code STUDENT.
