Dear clients, friends, and colleagues –
I’m writing you since we’re friends on social media, you’re in my address book, you’ve bought or sold a home in the past with me or my real estate company’s help, or we’ve had a conversation at one time.
As we head into the spring, the real estate market here in Portland, Oregon is strong!
Home prices are up 4% year to date, and 9.1% year over year, which is terrific if you’re thinking of selling your home.
However, I write you today not to let you know about what’s going on in real estate, but rather to let you know that if you or someone you know is looking for a better career, we’re hiring.
If you are not currently in real estate and you’re unhappy with where you work, I encourage you to consider a real estate career with me.
You get to work with successful people in the community, and the nature of the position allows you to work for your own bottom line instead of someone else’s.
For example, Liza here at our firm was a stay-at-home mom after a background in design. In fact, she was prepared to go solo as an interior designer but decided to take a different path with us. In her first two months, she was already up and running, helping two clients get into their new homes. Now, three years later, she is the top producer on our team and helped 64 families in the last 18 months buy a home here in Portland.
Now, if you’re currently a licensed real estate agent, I know the struggle of finding buyers and sellers to help. We take care of a lot of that work for you.
We have over 200 people reach out to us a month for help buying or selling a home. We need your help! You’ll participate in daily meetings, weekly trainings, and you’ll enjoy a fun culture with people you enjoy working with.
For example, Paula was a licensed real estate agent for several years and didn’t have a solid business. She was busy as a single mom and was very involved in volunteering so she had other competing priorities. I met with Paula last December, and she started working with our team that very same month. By the end of January 2018, she had one buyer closed and two in escrow. This was just 40 days from her start date! She followed proven systems and focused on lead follow up. And that effort translated into results!
So, if you’re interested in a real estate career, or you’re a licensed real estate agent who wants to do better, I invite you to apply for a position with our company.
Apply now to be a real estate agent at our company.
If you’re not interested in a real estate career, I appreciate you reading this.
Going forward, I’d like to still send you updates from time to time about what’s going on in our local real estate market. This includes market updates, community information, tips to improve the value of your home, and more.
If you don’t want to hear from me, just unsubscribe below. No hard feelings. Honest!
