The GVSU Battle Creek Regional Outreach Center opened in January and is an initiative stemming from a five-year, $15.5 million grant from the W.K. Kellogg Foundation to Grand Valley. federal aid forms and college applications.

In 1969, GVSU students proposed changing our mascot name to the Sawyers. In celebration of what could have been, GVSU is changing our name from Lakers to Sawyers for one day, January 25. Come enjoy a beer garden, food, and fun as we take on Northern Michigan, and celebrate the Women's National Championship Soccer Team at
halftime of the Men's Game.

Join us January 29 at a workshop led by Kristin Meyer, '01, MLIS, CCXP, GVSU User Experience Librarian, and get hands-on experience with design thinking techniques that are translatable across industry-type. Before the workshop,
we'll start with a hot breakfast and time for networking!
