(Ages 6 months-3 years old) - Since summer is right around the corner, take this 30-minute class where parents are in the water with the child because the child is not comfortable in the water alone.

(Ages 6-12) - Children should be able to leave parents willingly and participate in a group setting for this 30 minute class including a introduction to water safety and basic swim skills.

(Ages 12 - 17) - Teens who have never had formal swim lessons or are not comfortable in the water can learn to swim effectively and efficiently. Manassas Park students can take the activity bus to the Community Center for lessons after school!

Do you need a few hours to catch up on things without the kids? We have games, crafts, and snacks to keep the kids occupied while you enjoy the afternoon!

(Ages 55+) - This pool exercise class provides low impact exercise. Our heated indoor pool helps to work wonders on achy muscles and joints and will help put a spring into your step!
