Tip #1: Be yourself, find things that interest you, and dive in! And if it doesnβt exist yet at SHU, make it happen!
- Tip #2: Keep yourself organized. It doesnβt matter if itβs a planner, calendar, assignment tracker, or something else. Write down what you need to do, do it, and check it off to get that feeling of accomplishment! Donβt solely rely on your brain to remember everything; youβve got a lot going on.
- Tip #3: Take breaks when you need them. You canβt pour from an empty cup, so take care of yourself and find what brings you joy!
|
Academic Support Services for Student-Athletes is here to help student-athletes succeed both in the classroom and on the field or court!
|

After four years, I feel like we have all gotten the opportunity to know each other, and everyone takes an interest in seeing me and those around me succeed.
