New Version of Commitment System to Launch
HDS version 16 will launch on Monday, March 26. Although largely unchanged for home improvement lenders, you should be aware of a few updates:

Select Fix Up option (secured or unsecured), then select rate in a later screen
|
Select the program and rate at the same time
|
Click on the calculator in the Loan Info tab to generate the P&I payment
|
P&I will automatically calculate
|
Due to the scheduled updates, the commitment system will be unavailable from 5 p.m. on Friday, March 23 through 10 a.m. on Monday, March 26. During this time, you will not be able to modify or edit existing commitments. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
