Special Message: Cold and Flu Season
As we are still in the cold and flu season, we kindly ask our families to mark their swimmer absent if they are under the weather. At Goldfish, the safety of our staff and swimmers is important to us. We have a FIN-tastic Make-Up Policy you can utilize. Here is how you can mark your swimmer absent:
-Log into your Parent Portal Account:
- On the left-hand side, click on Future Absences (under "Enrollments") and enter your swimmer's absence. Reminder: you can only cancel online 24 hours before your scheduled lesson. If you are cancelling the day of, please contact the Front Desk.
-Call the Front Desk at 973-664-7946.
After your swimmer is marked absent, you will receive an email confirmation in regards to your make-up token. As per our new Make-up Policy, you now have a full year from the day you marked you swimmer absent to schedule that misses lesson. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Front Desk.
