We are excited to see many of you tomorrow for Parent & Family Weekend! As you travel to St. Louis and make plans for the weekend, we hope the information below will prove useful.

| Parent & Family Weekend Check-In
|
Parent & Family Weekend Check-In will take place at the Student Transitions & Family Programs office, located in the lower level of Umrath House on the South 40, across from the Bear’s Den.
All families who pre-purchased tickets and/or t-shirts will pick up these items at the Parent & Family Weekend Check-In. Your student is welcome to pick up your pre-purchased items if they provide the name and email address of the purchaser. Families who did not pre-register can register on-site at the Parent & Family Weekend Check-In and purchase event tickets and t-shirts.
Check-in will be open during the following times:

- Friday, November 1 from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CT
- Saturday, November 2 from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CT

Schedule Changes for Friday, November 1
|
- Chemistry Open House: 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM
- Location has been moved to Louderman Hall, Room 458
|
|
|
- Campus tours: Noon - 3:00 PM
- Leaving from the Clocktower on the South 40 every hour. Last tour leaves at 2:00 PM.
- Faculty spotlights: Noon - 3:00 PM
- Meet the Deans: 3:00 PM - 3:45 PM
- College of Arts & Sciences: Graham Chapel
- McKelvey School of Engineering: Whitaker Hall, Whitaker Atrium
- Olin Business School: Simon Hall, Room 120, Undergraduate Lounge
- Sam Fox School of Design & Visual Arts: Weil Hall, Keuhner Court

Meet Dr. G, Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs: 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM
- Danforth University Center, Tisch Commons

- Bus and Walking Tours: Noon - 2:30 PM

"Pride and Prejudice" Performance: 7:30 PM
- Voices & Sounds a cappella concert: 8:00 PM - 9:30 PM
- 560 Music Center, E. Desmond Lee Concert Hall
- If you are unable to pick up your registration packet prior to the concert, we will have your Voices & Sounds tickets at the 560 Music Center.

All events are listed in Central Time.

Visitor parking is available in the garages of the Danforth University Center (DUC), Snow Way, and Millbrook on the Danforth Campus, as well as in Shepley and Wallace Garages on the South 40.
You may also park in any unreserved space—those not marked as red or accessible—in any zone, from 5:00 PM CT today, October 31 through 7:00 AM CT on Monday, November 4.
