2024 Outlook on ND Manufacturing

Our Impact Dakota Team is seeing some of the most incredible innovative teams throughout North Dakota manufacturing facilities that are using process efficiencies to eliminate waste and automation to fill in for the dull, dirty and dangerous jobs unfilled due to contracting North Dakota labor pool.
To some of us this article is going to feel like a look into the future… But my North Dakota friends and neighbors- this is today’s manufacturing reality. We need to engage the accelerator more than we really want to be to survive and thrive.
