Tonight in Atlanta, a little piece of Georgia Tech history will play a role in the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl. The Dodd Trophy will be awarded for the 50th time, honoring a college football coach whose program stresses Bobby Dodd’s core values of scholarship, leadership, and integrity. The trophy made a stop on campus last fall for a ceremony honoring five past recipients with Tech ties: George O’Leary, Paul Johnson, Bobby Ross, Bill Curry, and Ralph Friedgen.
Closer to home, we’re already looking forward to spring sports on campus — read on for more. Enjoy the weekend!
