Please join us on September 24 for a special community groundbreaking celebration to commemorate the start of construction on the new drinking water facility!

📍 Location: 9988 Westminster Boulevard, Westminster, 80020. Our event and the new drinking water facility construction site are on the east side of Westminster Boulevard between 98th and 104th avenues.
🚗 Parking will be available on site.
