Our inaugural Sparkling Rosé was made in the traditional méthode champenoise method, Brut style, and aged almost four years on lees. The Estate Zinfandel, made with Biodynamic fruit from our home vineyard, is an absolute beast. The nose is strawberry confit, freshly baked bread, and clove.
