Dear Community,
I am deeply in the process of realizing the vision of my upcomiing art exhibition Human Nature. Building, sanding, problem solving, printing, hanging, and adjusting. I have an amazing team here to transform this place with me. Loving this part. (I also loved the solo creating part too, but there's nothing like a beautiful team collaboration.)
| |
The exhibition opens Nov 2nd at SHACK15 at the San Francisco Ferry Building and is presented by The National Women's History Musuem in Washington, D.C. and Women Connect4Good. In addition to the opening, there are several ways to experience the exhibition, whether you're in San Francisco or not. There's a public tour day, an online Zoom tour and artist talk, and more. Find out more and sign up here.

Below is the first piece from the exhibition I'm excited to share with you.
During Covid, especially those early months when things were really intense, I spent a lot of time in nature. The sense of realignment, refuge, humility, and interconnectedness I felt was so powerful. Human Nature explores that change of perspective and scale that going into nature and time can bring.
This piece, Perspective, is 5 feet x 3 feet.
