We believe that embracing a team approach to caregiving can bring even more benefits, not just for your loved ones, but for you!
In the US, 53 million caregivers and about two-thirds of all caregivers report stress or strain associated with the caregiving role. There are so many moving parts, from staying on top of appointments to medication management and taking care of the daily needs of your loved one. Caregiving takes a village.

Your care team with CareMobi supports:

Enhanced Communication and Coordination: You can share health progress updates, upcoming appointments, important files, and medication reminders. This seamless flow of information ensures that everyone involved in your care team is on the same page, reducing the likelihood of misunderstandings and improving the overall quality of care.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Add your loved one’s doctors, nurses, home health aides, and adult day care staff to the care team. Team members can stay updated on the patient’s progress and provide valuable input.

Improved Quality of Life: Studies show that older adults who receive care from a caregiving team experience an overall improvement in their quality of life. Having a team to support caregiving can provide a built-in support network for both the patient and the caregivers. Having that team can help ease the load on caregivers, making the caregiving experience easier.

Care team members can only be added by the care team admin. Once a care team member is added, the person will have access to view and post updates within that care team.
To add a care team member:

- Select Patient
- Select
Care team
- Select Add a Member
- Select Add a Co-Admin/Proxy or Add a Member
- Enter the email address for the Invite
- Enter the
Invitees name
|
The invitees will need to download the app and create an account and login with the same email address added to the invite.
