After months of hibernation (and way too much Netflixing), we invite you to step into a world of wonders and discover the Osa Peninsula, Costa Rica's most vibrant tropical forest. You will be in (cue Morgan Freeman's voiceover) "the most biologically intense place on Earth" according to National Geographic Magazine. Enjoy pristine beaches, abundant wildlife and completely immerse yourself in the beauty of this majestic wonderland. Although Scuba diving per se won't be on the menu, we have put together the perfect adventure package that features tons of great activities and optional tours that will introduce you to the beauty of this prolific land and the true meaning of Pura Vida (aka Pure Life).
AN ACTIVE & ENERGIZING ESCAPE

Your adventure starts in the capital city of San José where you will spend your first night in a lovely boutique hotel close to the international airport. The next morning follow the group on a scenic domestic flight to the Osa Peninsula.  Soar into the most majestic part of the country and let your exciting eco-adventure begin!

Included in your escape package are daily hikes and activities that will introduce you to the beauty and diversity of the tropical forest. Every morning, in a small group, you will explore local trails and discover abundant wildlife on the Osa. Afternoons are free to lounge around or you can choose from a variety of exciting optional tours such as horseback riding, waterfall rappelling, zip lining through the jungle canopy, and our favourite, a fun boat tour on the Golfo Dulce to spot wild dolphins! 
YOUR ACCOMMODATION & FOOD

At the foot of the majestic Corcovado National Park is an enchanting beachfront community perfectly nestled between the warm Pacific Ocean and the dense tropical forest. Find yourself in a naturally created corridor where the density of animals is greater than anywhere else in the country. (Pinky promise, you'll see way more wildlife here on the Osa than anywhere else in the country!) You will be staying at Ojo del Mar, a lovely relaxed beachfront ecolodge with impressive views of the ocean and lush primary rainforest. Stay in beautiful thatched cabanas featuring individual beds with netting, private washrooms and plenty of privacy if sharing. You will be surprised at how comfortable you will be in this environment, thanks to the many birds, bats and amphibians balancing out this delicate eco-system. Wake up to the sound of howler monkeys in the distance and exotic birds showing off their bright colours while flying overhead. Everywhere you’ll look, you’ll see abundant wildlife and incredible scenery.
