Biannual Compliance Training Open Now |
The 2025 Spring Biannual Compliance Training has launched. All faculty, staff, and students who are active University System of Georgia (USG) employees as of Jan. 1, 2025, must complete the training by Friday, Feb. 28, at 11:59 p.m. EST. It will take approximately 45 minutes to complete the training.
Weekly email reminders will be sent to employees who have not completed the compliance training. Managers will be able to view whether any of their direct reports have not completed the training, and executive leadership will receive regular updates. Disciplinary action will be taken for those who fail to complete the training on time.
You can access the training at https://b.gatech.edu/genius.
The four-part training includes:
|
-
Part 1: 2025 Spring Biannual Compliance Training – Identifying and Responding to Sexual Misconduct
- Part 2: 2025 Spring Biannual Compliance Training – Social Engineering Red Flags
- Part 3: 2025 Spring Biannual Compliance Training – Generative AI: Seeing Through the Deception
-
Part 4: 2025 Spring Biannual Compliance Training – Insider Threats for End Users
|
Please note: To complete Parts 2, 3, and 4, you will be directed to a separate platform, KnowBe4, where you will select the “Training” tab to access the training modules. There is a test-out option for the “Social Engineering Red Flags” training module, which reduces the time required to complete the training. Click here for more information on completing the test.
You will receive an email confirming completion of each part of the training. All four parts of the training must be completed before the system will indicate that you have finished the entire 2025 Spring Biannual Compliance Training. To ensure the system acknowledges full completion, you must advance through all screens before exiting. It can take up to 48 hours for the system to update, and you can verify that you have completed all the training at https://b.gatech.edu/genius.
Employees are encouraged to review the following resources, containing helpful information about the spring training:

| Q12 Employee Engagement Survey Results |
Over the last several weeks, Georgia Tech leaders have been reviewing results from the Gallup Q12 employee engagement, which closed in October.
About 47% of all faculty and staff at the Institute responded to the survey, and we’ve gathered the highlights of where employees believe Georgia Tech excels and could use a little work. The survey metrics and feedback will help Georgia Tech leaders adjust programs and practices to best promote a healthy workplace culture, increase productivity, and prioritize employee well-being.
