Sign up for one of the free guided tours or walk in the alpine. There are several restaurants for lunch or you can bring your own and eat with a view.

Grab brunch at this Portland institution then we will cross over the bridge to visit this small museum in SE. Admission to the museum is free, brunch is not!
June 16th, Monday - Maryhill Museum | 9:30am-3:30pm | $21 senior admission
A collection of both American and European art, including sculptures by Rodin, and lovely gardens and grounds. This is a 2-hour drive! There is a cafe on site or bring a bagged lunch to eat on the grounds.
June 18th, Wednesday - International Rose Test Garden (Washington Park) |10:00am-2:30pm
We will spend the day at Washington Park, where the International Rose Test Garden should be entering peak bloom. People can also walk the trails and see some of the statues. The Japanese Garden is also within walking distance but those who want to visit will need to purchase their own tickets in advance. Lunch in the Pearl District
June 23rd, Monday - Lady-Lane Farm | 10:00am-2:30pm
(rescheduled) Lady-Lane Farm is a small, sustainable dairy who pride themselves on efforts to be environmentally friendly. We will get a quick tour of the operation including the automatic milking robot and then have ice cream. Ground may be uneven or slightly muddy depending on weather, please wear appropriate shoes.
June 25th, Wed - Guide Dogs for the Blind | 9:00am-2:00pm | Free
Included on the tour are stops at the client residence, the kennel complex, the vet clinic and the gift shop. This is a walking tour that lasts approximately 1.25 hours and includes indoor and outdoor locations. Lunch afterwards in Boring.
June 30th, Monday - Hood River | 10:00am-2:30pm
Get out of Portland and explore this quaint town along the Columbia River. Options include watching the windsurfers, shopping, or walking the flume pipe stem trail. Lunch in town or bring your own.
