RSO Update - Paint Guidelines

Event Services has updated their language on the "General Guidelines of Space Use." That language is below:

Painting is not allowed anywhere inside the Johnson Center, HUB or SUB I including event spaces, meeting rooms, and common areas. Painting is not allowed in Merten Hall and Research Hall event spaces or on any Student Center Furnishings. Painting is permitted on grass areas only outside of Student Centers Buildings.

Forms, documents, contracts, cash handling, 25 live, SFB, SGR and so much more are available for you and your org to view and help. iWeek Applications Open

We are accepting proposals from Registered Student Organizations for iWeek 2020 events and programs. The deadline for room allocations is Friday, December 20, 2019, at 11:59 pm.

Please submit your programs online at https://iweek.gmu.edu/new-events/.

You will receive your event confirmation by the week of January 13, 2020. Also, please feel free to share this information with anyone else who may be interested in hosting an iWeek 2020 event.
