Type About It!
Response to last week's video, Your body is my canvas:
[W]hat I find so fascinating about Alexa’s art is the interaction of reality, perfection, and beauty. Some artists opt for hyperrealism, which is perfect in its replication of reality, though perhaps considered imperfect in its beauty because it details even the tiniest “flaws” or asymmetries in a face or scene. I find hyperrealism to be the most curious art form to compare to Alexa’s . . . because Alexa’s art is taking reality as its medium and actively covering that perfection. - Margaret W.

Mixed Peer Leaders
Mixed Peer Leaders are a support system for incoming students who identify as multiracial, multi-ethnic persons of color (POC)*, or third culture (TCK)*. Peer leaders provide guidance and resources to navigate the academic, social, and emotional spheres of life at Tufts while also exploring the intersectional impacts of our identities.
