Here are the study locations and hours available to you during reading period and final exams. Best wishes as you complete the end of this term.
Spaces Through Reserve Tufts
Spaces to study for finals will continue to be available for booking, via Reserve Tufts, using the Fall 2021 Study Spaces template, through December 23. These include study and conference rooms in Tisch Library, and select academic classrooms at 574 Boston Avenue, SEC and Olin Center – 1st floor. Spaces may be booked for up to 3 hours at a time, and we ask that you please cancel any bookings that you may not need, to allow for other students to reserve or request the space.
Late Night Study at Dewick and Carmichael Dining Hall
Sponsored by the TCU Senate and Dining Services, Dewick and Carmichael Dining Halls will be open for Late Night Study from 10 p.m. – 3 a.m., December 13-16 and again on December 19-22, 10 p.m. – 3 a.m.
Mayer Campus Center
The Mayer Campus Center offers open study rooms. Meeting rooms are open for all based on first-come first served. Meeting rooms are not available for booking or group meetings/events during this time.

Tisch Library
Tisch Library is open to the Tufts community 7:45 a.m. to 3:00 a.m., with Main Desk hours 7:45 a.m. to 1:00 a.m., every day. View our helpful guide to “hidden” study spaces in Tisch Library.

SMFA Library
The SMFA Library will operating under its regular schedule.
Mon – Thu, 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Fri, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Sat, 1 p.m. – 6 p.m.

After Hours for 230 Fenway
Matriculated students are allowed to work after hours in 230 Fenway. After hours is defined as 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. on weekdays and 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. on weekends.
Students must be in the 230 Fenway building by 11 p.m., please sign in at the front desk and indicate the areas where you are working.
After Hours for 160 St. Alphonsus Street (Mission Hill)
MFA, Post-Bacc, and undergraduate students will be allowed to work after hours in Mission Hill building. After Hours is defined as 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. on weekdays and 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. on weekends. Undergraduate students must be in the Mission Hill building by 11 p.m., please sign in at the front desk.
Goddard Chapel
Stop in 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. at Goddard chapel any weekday during finals through Tuesday, December 21. We will have tea, snacks, and space for just being in the common room and the chapel.
