Last
month we hosted the Prospanica Leadership Summit in Irving, TX. The
summit was a platform for diverse opinions on Latino leadership, DEI,
and career development. Attendees also earned a Credentialing in
Authentic Leadership from Adelphi University.
The
three-day event included rapid-fire presentations, panel discussions,
workshops, and networking experiences, the summit embodied its theme
of “Beyond the Virtual Background: Leadership, Authenticity and Your
Voice” by empowering Hispanic professionals to lead through
authenticity and lead in their communities with their own
voice.

We
prepare Latino professionals for meaningful executive
leadership and board service.
We designed the Executive
Accelerator to present the knowledge,
skills, habits of mind, and tools required to lead teams,
projects, and organizations. We're looking for ambitious
leaders who want to impact not only their companies but their
communities, as well.
This extended
development program prepares participants for that level of
leadership and service. Over
five months, each cohort interacts with subject-matter-experts,
business faculty, and each other to explore topics related to
organizational leadership and governance.
The Executive Accelerator has been
created in partnership with top-notch faculty and subject
matter experts from our programmatic partner, the Daniels
College of Business at the University of Denver.
This ensures participants work with a diverse
array of experts whose voices are
respected within their fields.
Companies, consumers, and communities lose when
diverse voices are not included at the decision-making and governance
levels, and the Executive Accelerator, by Prospanica, seeks to
change that.
Help
accelerate investment in female-founded startups and venture
capital funds by taking this #InvestorSurvey.
Why? Because women don’t get the capital they deserve, but if
they did, they’d spur innovation, grow the economy, create
jobs, and drive prosperity for themselves, their families, and
their employees.
Results will be used by elected officials, funders,
entrepreneurial support organizations, and the media to inform
policies, and develop and market investment products.
For every response, we will donate $5 to one of four
nonprofits: AC, Prospera, See the People, and Techbridge
Girls.
