They remind me of a dish my dad made with me and my siblings called Cheapzzas. It was so cool to make our own pizzas. Toast an english muffin, layer bologna, tomato slice, slice of cheese and a dash of dried herbs (we used oregano) on top. Put into a toaster oven and 3+ minutes later it's done! You might want to replace the english muffin with pita, the bologna with some spinach. What about a slice of pineapple? Find the produce at the Farmers Market. Check out 'Free for the Taking' below in this newsletter for the nearest one to you.
Money Matters
There are plenty of scholarships just for you
From UMA comes additional resources to look for scholarship money as a highschool senior or a returning adult learner and everything in between. Don't ever think that going to college is financially out of reach. New student or qualifying return student? Ask about the Osher Scholarship. If you are already enrolled, check out the Opening Doors Scholarship.
Remember to contact Patrick or Shelbie with any questions you may have about making your academic career as debt free as possible!
